Access to Information

Enacted by the Parliament of Malawi, the Access to Information Act (ATIA) provides for the right of access to information in the custody of public bodies and relevant private bodies; the processes and procedures related to obtaining that information; and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

In compliance with this Act, the Urunji Child-Care Trust has appointed the officer whose details are furnished below to handle all requests pertaining to Section 18 of the ATIA (our information officer).
