Beginning from inventing simple tools for survival, man has entered into an era of modern technologies. So here we are now in the 21st century leading in technological developments and loosing essence of life.
Now we are at that point in life where human beings are largely dependent on the usage of technology making it essential part of society. Human soul is competing day to day for technological developments. The point here is that the whole idea is not about the choice between using and not using technology. The challenge is to use it right.
The use of technology needs to be restricted, the essence of life needs revival and communication needs to be at large. We think that through technology we communicate; well I believe that it is because of the technology that we are together yet apart. It has created distance within families and friends and is leading to a high rate of depression in youngsters and adult. A number of surveys hold the record that people are not happy with their living style and many teenagers are involved in “social media depression”. It should be used for narrowing the educational and societal gaps, for making education easy, for making employment accessible. The problem lies when children are handover with the technological devices without imparting proper knowledge of using it. It should create a platform where people can connect from all part of the world. There are platforms existing with this aim but information about them is less known in some parts of world. Particularly, in educational field the use of technology is still inappropriate in many parts of the world. Many students are unaware of how to connect? how to know things and more over how to utilize the opportunity. The essence of life needs to re-gain and the proper usage of technology needs to be taught.
